When will my order ship?

Cherry Bomb Studios products are made to order. This means your item is created after your order is placed.

Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product, order volume, holidays, supplier availability, and carrier delays. Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you if tracking is available.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because Cherry Bomb Studios products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, wrong color choice, changed mind, or accidental orders.

Please review product details, colors, and size charts carefully before placing your order.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect?

Please email hello@cherrybombstudios.net within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, clear photos of the item, and photos of the packaging if the package arrived damaged.

Once we review the issue, we will determine the best resolution. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, reprint, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be cancelled within the cancellation window shown at checkout or in your order options.

Because our products are made to order, cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered production.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Email hello@cherrybombstudios.net immediately with your order number and the correct address.

Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered production or shipping. Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

What if my package says delivered but I cannot find it?

Please check with household members, neighbors, building staff, mailrooms, front desk staff, or your local carrier first.

Cherry Bomb Studios is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier, but you can email us at hello@cherrybombstudios.net with your order number and we will do our best to help review the situation.

Why does my item look slightly different from the mockup?

Product mockups are digital previews. Actual print size, placement, color, and product appearance may vary slightly depending on the item, garment color, screen settings, and production process.

These small differences are normal and do not usually qualify as defects.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. Launch discounts, bundle deals, and limited offers may be available from time to time.

Some discounts apply automatically at checkout. Discounts may not always be combined unless stated.

What is Cherry Bomb Core?

Cherry Bomb Core is the starter lineup of Cherry Bomb Studios pieces. It includes logo staples, everyday pieces, and the designs that started the studio.

What are Limited Drops?

Limited Drops are special designs, test runs, seasonal releases, or small-batch items. Once a limited item is gone, it may not return.

What is Build Your Own Bomb Bundle?

Build Your Own Bomb Bundle is a tee offer that lets customers save when they buy multiple eligible tees.

Eligible offers and discounts may change over time. Bundle discounts apply only when the cart meets the current offer requirements.
