We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen will display colors exactly as they appear in person.

Product mockups are digital previews. Actual print size, placement, color, garment texture, and product appearance may vary slightly due to production methods, screen settings, garment color, and supplier variations.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. This may include orders that appear fraudulent, contain incorrect information, violate our policies, or are otherwise unable to be fulfilled.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include shipping, taxes, or any applicable fees unless clearly shown at checkout.

Made-to-Order Products

Many Cherry Bomb Studios products are produced after an order is placed. Because these items are made specifically for the customer, cancellations, returns, and exchanges may be limited once production begins.

Please review product details, colors, sizing, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Processing and delivery may be affected by production delays, holidays, supplier availability, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Cherry Bomb Studios is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, wrong color choice, changed mind, or accidental orders.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@cherrybombstudios.net with their order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

Discounts and Promotions

Discounts, promotional offers, bundle deals, and limited-time sales may be offered from time to time.

Discounts may have restrictions, including eligible products, collections, dates, minimum quantities, or minimum purchase amounts.

Automatic discounts may apply at checkout when eligible. Discount codes and automatic discounts may not always be combined unless clearly stated.

Limited Drops and Special Releases

We do not guarantee that limited items will be restocked. Limited drops and special releases may be final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

All Cherry Bomb Studios names, logos, graphics, characters, artwork, designs, images, product names, text, website content, and branding are owned by Cherry Bomb Studios or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, use, or exploit any Cherry Bomb Studios content without written permission.

This includes, but is not limited to, Ms. Cherry, Cherry Bomb Studios logos, Cherry Bomb artwork, product designs, collection names, website graphics, and brand copy.
