Return & Refund Policy

Cherry Bomb Studios items are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, wrong color choice, changed mind, or accidental orders.

Please review product details, sizing, colors, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@cherrybombstudios.net.

Please include:

Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Clear photos of the item
Clear photos of the packaging, if the package arrived damaged

Once we review the issue, we will determine the best resolution. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, reprint, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Returns and exchanges are not guaranteed and must be approved by Cherry Bomb Studios.

Wrong Size or Color Ordered

We do not accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or product was ordered by mistake. Size charts and product details are provided to help customers choose carefully before ordering.

Order Cancellations

Orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed. If you need to request a cancellation, email hello@cherrybombstudios.net as soon as possible with your order number.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once an order is in production, it cannot be cancelled.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please first check with household members, neighbors, building staff, mailrooms, or your local carrier.

Cherry Bomb Studios is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier. However, you can contact us at hello@cherrybombstudios.net and we will do our best to help review the situation.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Cherry Bomb Studios is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately at hello@cherrybombstudios.net. Address changes are not guaranteed once the order has entered production or shipping.

Final Sale Items

Limited drops, sale items, first-release items, and special edition products may be final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Refund Timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
